    To ensure a smooth delivery and process through PH customs, we have consolidated a checklist for your reference. - · As per PH customs, gifts are accepted under the value of 10,000 PHP (220 CAD approx.) - · If multiple shipments are sent to the same receiver, duties & taxes will be calculated against the total value across all shipments as it will exceed the threshold for gifts to individuals - · If your shipment exceeds 220 CAD, consignee will be subject to applicable duties & taxes - · If you proceed with shipping a restricted item please ensure to review if there is an additional cost and advise the consignee accordingly of cost as they will be responsible for payment - · Shipments exceeding the quantities listed in the restrictions may result in customs confiscating the shipment - · All participants of the program must retain their purchase receipts to ensure they can provide proof of purchase if requested by customs - · Input the best contact name, phone number & email for the shipper and consignee - · Declare full detail of each commodity, weight/size & piece count – Ex shampoo 600 ML & select the amount of pieces for each commodity - · Input each commodity. BlueRay not allowed. - __Electronics with radio frequency or WIFI, Bluetooth capabilities:__ Allowed, but will require permit from the National Telecommunications Commission in the Philippines. Cost for permit will be Php 1300 to be paid by recipient, with 5 day transit delay expected. This also includes all storage devices, such as hard drive, USB, etc - __Medical Devices:__ 1 piece of each type (except for medical devices used as maintenance such as insulin needles and lancets which are sold by packs, can be up to 100 pieces) - __Over-the-Counter Drugs:__ 50 g - __Prescription Drugs:__ The imported quantity or volume should correspond to the quantity or volume specified in the prescription with the corresponding physician’s PRC License Number, or its equivalent for prescriptions issued by foreign physicians. MSDS is also required. - __Vitamins, Supplements, and other health supplements intended as Maintenance:__ 500 g in total - __Tobacco:__ Allowed, but will incur excise tax that is different from the excise tax applicable to Alcohol. This is Php 30 per pack plus 4% of Php 30.00, to be paid by recipient. - __Wines / Liquor:__ 2 bottles but not exceeding 1.5 liters. Will incur excise tax that will depend on the alcohol content and Net Retail Price, to be paid by recipient. - __Masks (Medical):__ For personal use, there are no guidelines hence they should apply with FDA clearance to import mask. Customer needs to apply on his or her own, DHL PH do not process it their behalf. - __Protective Clothes:__ Valid certificate of product registration (CPR) from Food and Drug Administration.

To pack and ship your 20 lb Balikbayan box, bring your free shipping voucher and your No Frills® receipt along with the items you wish to send, to your nearest DHL location along with the shipping contact and address and complete the required paperwork. Required waybill must be completed prior to arriving at the DHL location. Please ensure you check all international shipping, customs, duties, taxes and all other conditions and requirements before you ship. Prohibited and/or restricted items will not be accepted. Up to $220 CAD (approx. 10,000 PHP) worth of goods in the box may be exempt from duties and taxes in the Philippines.
