Forbest results, re-season regularly: To season the wok, coat the inside with vegetable oil, cookingoil spray or melted solid shortening. Use a cloth or paper towel to spread theoil. Heat on stovetop, then wipe away excess oil. Leave on stovetop to cool,then store once cooled completely. Using wok: Preheatover medium heat for 2 minutes to prepare the surface and allow food to cookevenly without sticking. Can be used on most cooking surfaces including inductioncooktops.
